Israel's Markets Tour
4 days / 3 nights

Whether you love cooking or not, touring markets is a remarkable experience when you travel abroad. This is the best place to meet local people, taste food, and encounter cultural artifacts, and obviously, get the best souvenirs. The open-air food markets are a vital part of Israel’s culinary and social ecology. Nearly every major city in Israel has a food market (called “shuk” in Hebrew). Some of these markets are in beautiful locations while others – less so. However, they are all colorful, loaded with fresh fruit and vegetables, have a variety of delicatessens and create a swirl of smells, tastes, and sounds.
